At Gradient, our team is dedicated to providing you with the best parts possible. This is done by maintaining proper controls across all parts of the manufacturing process. We follow all ISO standards, and provide a detailed first article inspection report per drawing specifications, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
In order to ensure customer satisfaction, some other measures we take include:
- ISO9001 & AS9100 Certified
- State-of-the-art Mitutoyo Optical Comparator and Trimos Height Gauge
- CNC Machines with calibrated Renishaw probes to locate and inspect parts
- In-House CMM Inspection capabilities
- CMM Inspection by third party, if required
- Calibrated measuring equipment by independent third party
- In-process inspection with traveler documentation
- Certificate of Compliance
- All employees are trained in all aspects of the Quality Management System
