ABOUT US
GDE was founded in 1996 by a group of mechanical engineers that wanted to enhance the design, documentation, procurement, cost and part quality experience of their customers. The company charter has always had two areas of focus: 1) to provide an engineering level approach to the part manufacturing process to deliver the highest quality parts at the most competitive prices and 2) to offer design, analysis and documentation services to augment our customer’s design teams when needed.
When design documentation is submitted for quote GDE’s work begins. Initial drawing reviews with our manufacturing facilities is a proactive and collaborative experience. GDE invests considerable time developing manufacturing process flows, fixture designs and comprehensive inspection strategies to ensure our customer’s parts meet print and are delivered on time at a cost that is extremely competitive. GDE is a technology leader making use of state-of-the-art analysis tools, the latest multi-axis machining technologies and comprehensive inspection techniques. As a result, GDE excels in the manufacture of difficult parts for the most demanding requirements, industries and customers.
